This role plays a pivotal part in expanding Ciena’s subsea business across Asia Pacific and Japan by leading strategic sales and business development initiatives with major direct and consortium customers. The position combines executive-level customer engagement, complex deal leadership, and deep subsea market insight to drive sustained growth, customer value, and long-term partnerships across the region.
