Account Handler / Client Advisor – Corporate & Mid-Market

📍 Ipswich | Hybrid after probation

Are you an experienced Account Handler / Client Advisor with a background in working on larger cases? We’re working with an independent broker who is looking for someone to support a Client Executive in a key role.

What you’ll need:

• 3-4 years’ experience, ideally within a corporate environment
• Experience working with larger cases
• Proficiency with Acturis
• Cert/DIP CII qualification (or working towards it, desirable)

What’s on offer:

• Hybrid working: After your 3-month probation (office-based), you’ll move to 3 days in the office and 2 from home
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
• Office based in Ipswich
