Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate customer ledger accounts and receivable records.
- Monitor ageing reports and follow up on overdue payments.
- Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and customers regarding payment-related matters.
- Track advances, credit notes, debit notes, and account adjustments.
- Ensure proper accounting entries in ERP/accounting software.
- Assist in monthly closing activities related to receivables.
- Prepare MIS reports related to outstanding balances and collections.
- Support audits by providing required documents and reconciliations.
- Maintain records of customer communication and collection follow-ups.
