Role Summary:
Responsible for developing business through partner restaurants by building and maintaining long-term relationships. Manage existing accounts optimize restaurant content handle menu updates and drive revenue growth through strategic account management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business reviews with accounts to identify opportunities and drive increased revenue profitability and market share
- Maintain continuous business relationships with clients and restaurants through regular communication and proactive support to resolve operational issues
- Manage restaurant content including menus delivery times and method of access (MOA) to ensure optimal performance
- Renegotiate commission rates and develop new commercial relationships by renewing existing contacts with improved offers
