This role exists to help mid-market organisations in Thailand accelerate their experience management maturity and close critical customer and employee experience gaps. By leveraging Qualtrics' industry-leading, ready-to-deploy Experience Management (XM) SaaS platform, this position partners directly with Commercial customers to turn experience data into measurable business outcomes.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding Qualtrics' footprint in Thailand by guiding customers through strategy, adoption, and value realisation-working closely with both client stakeholders and internal teams. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, the ability to influence senior decision-makers, and fluency in Thai to build trusted, long-term relationships that drive growth and customer success.
