The Account Executive is responsible for managing a full set of accounts while supporting operational functions including shipment coordination and supplier liaison. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, smooth logistics processes, and effective communication with local and overseas suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely month‑end closing
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
- Manage supplier payments and customer collections
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments
- Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers, especially China‑based vendors
