The Role We're looking for an experienced Account Director to lead a small team and run pitches end-to-end.
This role is for someone who enjoys both the
creative side of events and the practical side of getting things done well
. You'll take briefs, shape ideas with the team, and make sure everything comes together smoothly for the client.
You'll also play a key role in guiding your team, managing incoming opportunities, and building strong client relationships.
What You'll Be Doing Take client briefs and lead pitches from start to finish Work with the creative team to develop ideas that are both strong and workable Oversee projects through to execution - on time, on budget, and to a high standard Make sure details are well managed and nothing falls through the cracks Working with Clients & Partners Build good, trusted relationships with clients and vendors Manage expectations clearly and professionally Be the steady point of contact throughout each project
