Position Overview

The Web Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of web-related tasks and projects across the agency. While this role works closely with our web development and design teams, it is ultimately focused on client communication, internal coordination, project accountability, and delivery outcomes.

This position sits within the Client Success team and acts as a central point of coordination between clients, strategists, content writers, designers, developers, vendors, third‑party stakeholders, and other internal teams to ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

This is a hybrid role and work is performed from the Ottawa office at least 3 days per week.
