Account Coordinator
Bogotá, Colombia
This is an on‑site, in‑office position in Bogotá.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for client account needs, processing requests from the Client Experience (CX) team. Tasks may include website rate updates, pop‑ups, announcements, text changes, dev requests/tickets, PDF remediation, CRM updates, and marketing tickets.
- Work with Inside Sales to address client issues and route tasks to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate between Inside Sales Support (ISS) and Fulfillment teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Attend CCAM/AE client meetings, take notes, and document action items.
- Distribute required marketing documents, specifications, and implementation sheets.
