Position Overview

Assist with onboarding

Apply, renew and cancel work permits

Calculate employee overtime and process monthly payroll

Manage employee personal files, leave records and overtime reports

Arrange company events

Arrange business trips

Manage workplace safety

Process employee insurance

Liaise with training centers to register for courses and manage worker training courses

Requirements

Human Resources Management and related majors

Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in the construction field
