Position Overview

Lead accommodation services at a hotel or resort with a focus on effective operations and staff management. Utilize your organizational skills to oversee daily functions while ensuring client satisfaction.

As the Accommodation Services Manager, you will develop policies, recruit and supervise staff, and handle supplier negotiations. Your ability to prepare budgets and implement marketing plans will be critical in managing events and overseeing the maintenance activities of the facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operations policies and procedures
• Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of 11-15 staff
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers for necessary materials
