Role Overview

Academy Health and Wellbeing Physiologist at Cambridge Fitness & Wellbeing Centre – Permanent contract, full time, 40 hours per week. Starting salary up to £30,000.00 per annum.

Responsibilities

• Join a multidisciplinary team of doctors, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete an in‑house three‑week training course.
• Provide health assessments that support health and wellbeing goals and help promote health and fitness.
• Support prevention, rehabilitation and recovery initiatives.
• Deliver holistic care as part of an integrated health service.
• Attend a required training camp in September2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 (or equivalent) in Sport & Exercise Science or a related degree.
• Academic background in human physiology, exercise physiology, biochemistry, anatomy/biomechanics, psychology and nutrition.
