Advtech, through its Rosebank College campus in Johannesburg, is looking for an Academic Operations Administrator. The role is permanent and full‑time, and involves maintaining student records, managing assessment cycles and supporting campus activities.
Key Responsibilities Maintain student registers, capture marks and collect assessments. Document operating procedures and resolve queries. Perform data capture and document management. Assist with the set‑up of assessment cycles and storeroom/archiving tasks. Support the Academic team to meet deadlines and resolve student queries.
