Join our Academic Management Team in Córdoba. We are looking for a dynamic Academic Manager to work with other managers and the commercial team to ensure top‑quality education and happy students.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily academy operations, including schedules, classrooms and teachers.
• Motivate and lead the teaching team.
• Ensure high‑quality teaching and student satisfaction.
• Support teachers and students, including covering classes when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Help promote the academy to corporate and institutional clients.
• Assist in product development and marketing strategies.
• Participate in recruitment and training.

Qualifications

• CELTA, Trinity TESOL or equivalent initial teaching qualification.
• Right to work in the EU.
