Conduct outreach through various platforms like Linked In, job boards, and professional networks. Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess fit for both qualifications and company culture. Maintain communication with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and timelines. Track and report on recruitment metrics to enhance sourcing strategies.
