RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivering on Time, Cost & Quality expected customer products through the planning of all production activities in the plant for the A400M MRO and Retrofit Program.
Define the Long Term Planning for A400M retrofit & Maintenance program. Represents the Base Line Strategy for the plant and the delivery compromise acquired with the final customers.
Define the Mid Term Planning for A400M retrofit & Maintenance program. Represents the Tactical Strategy for the plant to secure the Base Line Plan. Include the creation of recovery plans if needed.
