**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is seeking a **737NG/MAX Deputy Fleet Chief (Senior or Principal)** to support the Customer Support team in **Seal Beach, California.**

Deputy Fleet Chief will be responsible for ensuring safe and economic operation of the 737NG and 737 MAX fleets. In this role; the candidate will ensure that fleet-related concerns are properly addressed; coordinate with management and others (inside and outside of the organization) regarding issues and concerns; represent and advocate for the airlines/customers at internal meetings; approve safety and major economic issues; approve plans and schedules and monitor timely resolution of in-service issues.
