Responsibilities Identify and develop new customers Build and maintain good client relationships Promote logistics and freight forwarding services Manage B2B customer accounts and provide support Follow up on enquiries and resolve customer issues Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions Achieve sales targets and grow customer base Update management on customer feedback and market trends
Requirements Experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry preferred Strong interest in sales and business development Comfortable with new customer acquisition Self-motivated and able to work independently Good communication and relationship-building skills
