Job Title: 3rd Shift Bakery Mixing LeadJob Description
The 3rd Shift Bakery Mixing Lead oversees mixing operations on multiple production lines in a high-volume bakery environment during the overnight shift. This role leads a team in producing high-quality food products, ensures adherence to quality and safety standards, and supports continuous improvement across the production process. The position requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of food manufacturing practices, and the ability to train and develop team members while maintaining efficient and consistent production.
Responsibilities
+ Lead and oversee mixing operations on multiple bakery production lines during 3rd shift (Sunday through Friday, approximately 11:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.), maintaining flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet production demands, especially during busy holiday seasons.
