Juice Recruitment is supporting a well-established Charity in Bristol who are looking for an experienced 3rd Line ICT SupportTechnician to join their IT team on a temporary 6-month basis.

They need someone who can handle advanced IT support issues that have been escalated from other support teams, and who can take full responsibility for fixing complex technical problems from start to finish. You’ll also help keep their IT systems running smoothly, secure, and up to date, and support IT improvement projects.

This role suits someone who already has experience in 3rd line support or infrastructure engineering and is confident working with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. You should be comfortable troubleshooting technical issues, managing priorities, and working in a busy environment.
