Position Overview

Business Development
  • Identify prospects and convert new B2B clients across target verticals: retail, manufacturing, FMCG, e-commerce.
  • Solution selling: understand client supply chain challenges and craft tailored 3PL proposals covering freight, warehousing, and value‑added services.
Account Management
  • Nurture and grow an existing portfolio of clients.
  • Manage renewals, upsells, and service performance reviews.
Pipeline Management
  • Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Forecast revenue and report to management weekly.
Quotations & Negotiations
