2nd Line Support Engineer – Stoke-on-Trent

We’re looking for a talented 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a busy and rapidly growing Service Desk team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting live services while acting as an escalation point for more complex technical issues.

The Role

As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you’ll be responsible for delivering hands-on technical support across a broad range of environments. You’ll troubleshoot and resolve incidents across hardware, software, networking, and cloud platforms, while also supporting 1st Line Engineers to ensure consistently high service standards.

You’ll be involved in:

Resolving escalated technical issues across infrastructure and end-user environments
Monitoring systems and maintaining service availability
Patch management and system updates (essential)
