The MIT ensures that operational policies and procedures are in compliance with company-specified technical and service standards. Shares accountability for all inspection station operations, including safety of staff and customers, equipment management, Equipment QA's, partial handling of financial transactions, traffic flow/queue management , staff management and public relations.
