About the Role

• 2ic Foreman role on a $1mil Commercial office in Fawkner
• Manage day-to-day site operations
• Assist the head Site Manager
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades
• Drive programme and manage site sequencing
• Maintain high standards of quality control
• Enforce and uphold OH&S compliance
• Lead site meetings and communicate progress to the project team
• Foster a positive and productive site culture

Your background

• Foreman/leading hand/Junior Site manager experience
• Will look at Industrial/ commercial/ Fitout backgrounds
• Trade qualified
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the construction industry
• Proven track record delivering projects for a head contractor is a must
• Demonstrated experience in subcontractor management, site supervision and an understanding of safety systems
