Position Overview
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day technical operations and maintenance tasks aligned with production targets.
Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.
Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for operational bottlenecks or equipment failures.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and utilize SAP for workflow management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute unit objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering or Technical discipline.
Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in a heavy industrial, mining, or petrochemical environment.
Skills:
Solid understanding of industrial processes and technical specifications.
Proficient technical analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
