Job Qualifications

The ideal applicant must meet Steuben County Civil Service eligibility requirements. This position involves maintaining detailed records, computerized reports, administering medications under the orders of a Physician or Registered Nurse, working with a school’s Registered Nurse, Registered Professional Nurse or Physician in conducting vision, hearing, and other medical testing of individuals, may give personal hygienic care; administering first aid and may be responsible for ordering and maintaining the nurse’s office supply inventory as well as other duties as assigned.
