Great rates of pay, long-term ongoing work, and a genuine pathway to full-time employment. These are large, enclosed sites — no rained-out days, so you can count on a full week's work every week, and overtime is also offered on most sites. There is room to move within the company to higher positions for the right person 
 
What you must have

• Valid White Card (Construction Induction) — essential, no exceptions
• Your own PPE — hard hat, hi-vis, steel caps, gloves, and safety glasses
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of large, fast-paced sites
• Reliable transport to Sydney metro sites
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work on projects long-term

 
Trades and tickets that are an advantage

• Previous experience on large commercial or civil construction sites
• Forklift licence (LF)
• EWP or personnel hoist tick...
