Are you passionate about technology and enjoy helping people solve problems? We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused 1st Line IT Service Desk Analyst to join our central IT team, supporting schools across our Multi-Academy Trust.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your IT career in a varied, supportive environment where you'll gain hands-on experience across Microsoft 365, networking, cloud technologies, user support and IT projects.
What you'll do
As the first point of contact for IT support, you'll:

+ Provide friendly, professional 1st line IT support via phone, email and remote assistance.

+ Log, manage and resolve support requests through our IT Service Desk.

+ Troubleshoot hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues using our knowledge base.

+ Create user accounts, reset passwords and administer Teams and email services.
