Position Overview
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor process variables and adjust parameters to maintain steady-state operations.
Conduct process simulations and mass/energy balance calculations.
Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and implement process efficiency upgrades.
Perform day-to-day technical operations and maintenance tasks aligned with production targets.
Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a heavy industrial, mining, or petrochemical environment.
Specific Requirement: Experience in Ammonia Processes.
Skills
Strong understanding of P&ID and process control loops.
Knowledge of chemical processing, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
