The role will be key in supporting the Financial Controller in ensuring monthly and quarterly HR data reporting, variable pay/payroll analysis and employer of choice data collection is completed accurately and on time.
Key Work Outputs & Accountabilities
- Produce monthly HR reporting analysis including but not limited to starter and leaver movement, FTE actual vs budget, M/F headcount analysis, promotions and transfers within the business. Ensuring all data required by the business is prepared within the deadlines set
- Support the business/senior management team where required on HR analysis required for decision making
- Monthly and quarterly analysis on employee retention
- Quarterly employer of choice data collection
- Monthly analysis on all payroll elements where required with specific focus on variable pay paid to employees (overtime, commissions, bonus etc.)
