The interfaces uses the iDOC technology to extract personal data, organizational structure data and budget plan structures of universities out of the HCM system of the customer and provides these data via ALE distribution model to a central data warehouse system hosted by the University of Bamberg for further processing of these data. The processed data are used by several public organizations in Bavaria like ministries and other Bavarian universities.
