Required Skills
- Five (5) + years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (ProWFM / Workforce Central) including:

- Time & Attendance
- Pay Rules and Work Rules
- Accruals and Absence Management
- Vacation and scheduling building blocks
- Five (5) + years of experience developing and supporting Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces for payroll and downstream systems
- Five (5) + years of Dell Boomi (Atom Sphere) experience, including:

- Interface design and development
- Data mapping and transformations
- Error handling, logging, and monitoring
