Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care Float Pool
Schedule: Night Shift | 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Hours: 36 hours per week
Shifts: 3 shifts per week
Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care Float Pool provides high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple critical care and stepdown units. This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to safely care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment. The RN practices in accordance with the New York State Nurse Practice Act, ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, and professional nursing ethics while supporting a safe and healing environment for patients and families.
